Can't connect-- will LSPFix help?

Every time I try to connect on my wireless network I either get the message "homepage.com" could not be found. Please check the name and try again. OR the computer tries to dial out-- both IE and Firefox. I tried LSPFix because in one thread it looked like it could help me connect but didn't really know what I was doing. Is there any way to get either browser to connect again (I'm posting from another computer obviously)?

What did you have the LSP program fix, like many be all of them ?
Most entries in the LSP are required to make the PC work.

Have you tried hooking up the PC hard wired, bypassing the wireless ?

No geek, I haven't tried the hardwire yet but guess what? I got home from work today and I'm able to connect wirelessly using Firefox. I had pretty much given up on ever getting this thing connected again and what do you know? I have posted my problems in another post if you'd like to help out.
This thing is a mess.
