    "hpqKYGRP has caused an error in <unknown>. hpqkygrp will now close."

    I GET THIS MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO OPEN THE SCAN FUNCTION ON MY NEW HP 4215 ALL-IN-ONE (PRINT, SCAN, COPY...) OUT OF THE HP DIRECTOR. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE EXCEPT THE SCANNER BECAUSE OF THIS. HP ONLINE GAVE ME A FEW TRICKS BUT NOTHING WORKED. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Make sure you have the correct drivers for ME. Is this hooked up with USB or parallel? Charlie

    there are various drivers, also a link to check your existing driver and whether it needs updating.
    There is also a 'All-in-One' software removal utility which may be useful if you need to remove the equipment software to start a fresh installation. Regards.
