I use this template in another forum I co-manage and it has worked well. It's very difficult for us to help you without knowing at the very least the operating system you are running.

When asking questions here please supply as much information as possible. It isn't easy to help you solve problems without some of this information. If you dont know all of this information please provide as much as you know or ask us and we can point you in the direction of some great system information tools to help you in this regard.

The first thing to try with a computer running XP is a system restore to a time before you had any problems. Click on CONTROL PANEL, PERFORMANCE AND MAINTANANCE, then click on SYSTEM RESTORE in the upper left. That will open a new window. Select RESTORE MY COMPUTER TO AN EARLIER TIME and click on NEXT. That should bring up a calendar. Pick a date in BOLD print that was before the problem. Your computer will reboot and reset to an earlier time. After it reboots, see if everything is OK. Let us know how it goes. Charlie
