    Default Adhoc Question.

Hey i was just wundering how many computer can be connected at once with an ad-hoc connection. I'm thinking 2 but i want to be sure.

I have a wireless router, but some friends and i are trying to play games online without the lag of the internet so we are trying to keep the game just between us without having to bounce off some kind of server.

How hard would it be to setup a network between us? If adhoc isn't the answer.

I think an ad-hoc connection can be made to more than two PCs. Take a look at this article .. read the last paragraph where it mentions other groups joining in. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...02april08.mspx

If you were to have a router with multiple connection slots and you're using XP (at least one of the PCs), setting up a network is quite easy too.
