    Default Black Screen?

I've been trying to watch videos on my BSPlayer and on Overdrive and I can't because for some reason my screen is black. I can hear it but I can't see it.
Usually i'd go to the websites and look at the FAQ but i'm thinking it's my computer. Because,i've been trying to get rid of some Adware and i'm thinking that I made a mistake and got rid of something that I wasn't supposed to get rid of
    Any suggestions?

Try a system restore back to a time when things worked OK.

Sounds like you deleted a video codec so the player doesn't know how to display the video properly. If you're not sure what type of video you're trying to play (or what specific codec you need), check out www.free-codecs.com and get one of the codec packs that contain pretty much any codecs (video and audio) that you would need for most multimedia on your system.
