    Default Empty Outlook 2000 Address Book

    When I try to send a document as an attachment from WORD, EXCEL, Picasa, etc., the Outlook Message with the attachment is created. However, when I click on "To" the Address Book that opens is empty. I have no problem in Outlook, the Address Book is fine. It is only when I attempt to use Outlook from within another application.

    In Outlook, Tools>Options>Mail Format tab>check the box 'Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages>OK. See if that does the trick. Keep us updated.
