    Default Dell Network Drivers

    Hi

I reinstalled WinXp on my pc cuz of a computer meltdown but now i can't see my network adapters. I downloaded the Dell drivers from their support site and tried to install them but they wont' work. I put in my Service TAG so i know i have the right drivers. Any ideas?

    What sort of "meltdown"
Remove the network (nics) cards and reinstall them. Windows has drivers for network cards and you should not have to install any unless they are built onboard.

    hi Thanks for your reply
The meltdown was because the hard drive had died so i replaced it with a new one. The Network is onboard. When i put my cable in it - it lights up so i know its working.
