    How do I turn on 'help and support' for my computer?

    Sorry but it didn't work.
    I still get the message "to fix this problem start the system service 'help and support', but I don't know how!

    Click Start then Run.

    Type "services.msc" (without quotes) and hit Enter.

    Scroll through the list on the window that comes up.

    Find "Help and Support". Right-click it and select Properties. Put "Startup type" on "Automatic" if it isnt already and then click the "Start" button if it's stopped.

    That should do it. 8)
