    Default start menu

    I set it up my start menu Programs the way I want them listed but after the computer is shut down and restarted the menu is alaphabetized
    how do I stop that from happening :?:

    Right click a blank part of the desktop & click properties. Click arrange Icons By & uncheck auto arrange. HTH

    Its not my icons I'm having problems it the start menu
    when I click "all programs" they are alphabatized
    I do not want that I want to arrange them myelf
    do you know how to fix that

    try this:

    right click your start menu and click open, then open the programs folder and right click point to arrange icons by and then click auto arrange if it's ticked (this is similar to what Bear said, except your applying it to the start menu instead of the desktop)

    nothing seems to help everytime I log off and log back on my start menu is alphabatized :x :x :x
