Default WKGDCACH caused an invalid page fault

Whenever I exit Micosoft Works I receive this message:

I don't have too many fonts installed and it doesn't seem the printer drive is bad. I'm running on windows 98. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Default WKGDCACH caused an invalid page fault

Thank you, but I have been on the micrsoft web site. I've tried everything except: clean boot, changing wkgdcach, and removing windows 98. I don't have the knowledge to preform these. Any other suggestions?

How long has this been happening? try and trace back to the beginning and uninstall whatever it was you installed at that time.

Default WKGDCACH caused an invalid page fault

Thank your for the suggestions. I checked all the dowloads. I haven't installed anything new on the computer. I tried copying pages to a new format, renaming, and deleting the old. I thought maybe there were corrupt files but even new files give this warning. This problem only happens on spreadsheets.
