transferring data is easy, tranferring software will require some form of disk cloning or imaging or the original program installation cds. Charlie

If you are thinking of transfering the whole lot over to a new system and expecting it to work, well it won't. No matter how you try you will need to install all software on the new system so all you need to do is save data on the old one.
Docs, mp3 and pics can be copied as is. Many applications such as Outlook, browsers, databases etc allow data to be backed up in such a way it can be restored once the software is installed on a new system.
Rememeber applications must be installed on the new system.

if this program can do what it sez it can do then it can do what you need to do. i haven't had the time to put it to test though. would love to read your findings on it.

I am not liking your posts or your IP. It appears that you have you own PC company and you are posting from a USA gov't IP. If in fact this is your company and you find it necessary to post such a simple question, I ask myself, Would I buy a PC from you ?
