    Default No Internet connection

    Dear Sir,
I am having a problem while accessing Internet via dial up networking. The OS is WINDOWS XP Pro SP2 (with norton antivirus 2005).When I try to connect , it dials to ISP after varifying username password, error comes stating 'UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION. In network connections, the icon of the connection is also not present. If I make a new connection same thing happens. I tried running norton antivirus and adaware but couldnot fix the problem. what could be the problem?
    Thanks
    Subhashsardesai

    Completely remove Norton.
Remove all DUN settings and start from scratch.
    Don't bother installing Norton again.
Why people continue to bother with Norton and MxAfee is beyond me. Neither are anywhere near the top of anti virus applications.
I suggest that you give AVG a try.
