    Default Can't connect to Outlook Express

    I am having problems to connect to Outlook Express.It appears with an error code 0x800CCC90 but when I disable the resident protection of my antivirus,
    I can connect to OE.The only thing I want is to connect to OE without disabling
    the resident protection of my antivirus.

    Hi - Which antivirus?

    Thank you for replying my message.My antivirus is avast! version 4.6 home edition.Do you think I have to try with another antivirus? Can you diagnose what is my problem?

    Are you running a firewall, if so, does it allow ashMaiSv.exe which is Avasts mail scanning program?
