Default Windows Help and Support does not work,Pc cant find msconfig

I am running Windows xp and recently have ran a windows registry fix pc doctor pro. I am afraid it must have deleted some important files from my computer, because when I try to run msconfig.exe, it cannot even find the file. It tells me to try spelling it different? what the hell? I hope someone out there has a answer for me!

    Hi

    Follow this path....

    C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries

You should find Msconfig.exe in the Binaries folder

    Is it there ?

In fact, you say the help & support center does not work...

Just how much of the above path have you ?

This can happen occasionally. Here's a fix that works from http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/fix...ws_xp_help.htm . Download and run.
