    On the left side check "+" Motherboard to expand

    Check the CPUID

    Left side should tell you the info.

    Hi tex - As you have no doubt already discovered, this is a surprisingly difficult bit of information to find. Is this pc in bits? If so maybe motherboard details would prove to be more useful. Do you have a serial number etc on the board? Regards.

    The CPU in the Dell Latitude LM is not upgradable.
    Most likely it is hotwired in.

    Basementgeek : no i don't have those details. Somebody was offering it to my sister. really strange the lack of info on this LT specs. naturally i was thinking what i could do 1st to the processor speed. until whoozhe read my mind. thanx guys anyways.
