    Default Radio recorder

I know this isnt really a problem so dont get too angry . Am looking for a cheap simple program that i can use to record streaming radio off the bbc radio player. Not long ago these used to be free but nowdays it appears that you have to pay for them . Does anybody have any recomendations please I would be prepared to pay a reasonable sum but would prefer if it was free . thanks red

Hi red - You may find something at this site that fits the bill -

I know everything about nothing, nothing about everything and precious little about the bit in between.

Any recorder that is capable of recording whatever goes through your sound card will do the trick.
Audacity is a great free application.
Other dedicated applications come with links to radio stations.
