Default Help! I'm infected with FakeAlert-B trojan

My computer is infected with FakeAlert-B trojan. I'm running McAfee but it can't clean, delete or quarantine it. I guess the trojan is in the system folder. My virus definitions are up to date. I even ran HijackThis but the problem keeps coming back after I fixed what it asked me to do. Is there a way I can manually delete it or any other program out there that can eliminate it? I've also turned off and back on the System Restore but nothing happened. Thanks guys.
