    Hi there,

It sounds like you have several PCs, so we'll need some background on where this is. A school? An internet cafe? A business?

Also, the things that can do this range from Internet proxies to servers to software that you install on each PC, so some background on your network setup would help too.

There are a number of tools around that claim to be able to block sites but any savvy kid can circumvent them. Also a lot of these types of blockers actually prevent access to legitimate sites.
To make these application viable one need to cripple cd and floppy drives, and in many cases this is impracticable.
There are network tools available that can log each user's activities but the cons are the time and cost analysing the logs.
If this network is in a school environment random monitoring may be the answer. The fear of being caught works.
In any large network environment there will always be the minority that will attempt to abuse the system. Placing a mistrust in all users would be counter productive.
Consider being on the net the same as being let loose in a city unsupervised. Apply the same rules.
Take control of your life. Leave others to control their own.
