    Default unmountable _boot_volume error

What can I do when my computers brings out an error message like this "unmountable_boot_volume error".

I have tried repairing, reinstallation of the operating system but after the first stage the erro report comes back.

Pls help. Is my HDD still Ok and if YES, what can I do to prevent a repat in the future.
