    Default nvcpl.dll error

    My computer says

    Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll
A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Then it cuts off then it come on again and again says the same message and cuts off again and keeps on doing that and does not even give the option to start in safe mode etc. I read couple of other people had same problems but they did not mention if their computer was turning off and on. Based on the previous recommendation I plan to change the Video Card and see if it will solve the problem. An advice something else, it will be appreciated.

Check for updated drivers first from the card maker NVIDIA.

Click Control panel > System > hardware > device manager > Click
The + next to Dispay > Then click on NAVDIA > and then Click
DRIVER. You should see an option to update the driver or re-install it.
