Default rename multiple files at once

ok. I have like 600 csv files that I want to rename. I want to rename them by one of the fields in the csv. Do you know of a program that can do this? I have a rename program, but I don't think it can do that.

    Thanks,
    Leah

It's kinda close, but also not. So...I don't know.
