Default All my games keep crashing

    Hello :?

Am on the verge of throwing my PC out of my window am having problems with nearly all my games that i try to play they either freeze and stop responding saying that it has encountered a problem and needs to close or says the game has performed an illegal operation. have done all security and virus checks which were fine and there is plenty of space available. the latest games tried have been tiger woods 2007, company of heroes and championship manager 2006. these games can encounter problems after varying lengths of time from 5 minutes to 2 hours or more

any advice or help would be greatly apprieciated as am spending money on things cannot use

Hi - Some system details would help. Make/Model of PC? Operating System XP? How much Ram? Processor? Graphics Card? Size of Hard Drive?
Download and run this free program. It will give you all the above information and much more.

Graphical heavy games require a lot of resources.
A decent graphics card with at least 256 meg of Ram on it is just about minimum for the latest games as does having 1 gig of memory and a CPU that runs at least at 1.5mhtz.
