Default Real VNC viewer error connection reset by peer 10054

I have installed a lot of times, and can not figure this out. Installed latest free version of VNC, installed on New Dell PC and get an error VNC Viewer error connection reset by peer (10054). The network is Huges satelite, through modem, to Netgear router to PC. All firewalls are off. Port forwarding is configured on Netgear router. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi aaron - I know nothing about this but found this on Google. Follow this link and scroll down to connections. There is an option to set a time for disconnection. Not really sure if this is what you are looking for.
