    what files can i delete to clean up space on my computer? can i delete all zip files?

    You can delete all temp files also delete the .zip files too if you have extracted their contents. Sometimes, to be safe, if you're not sure, back them up to a disk and then delete. Use disk cleanup to get rid of temps and cookies. After you do a cleanup, suggest you defrag your drive.

    A handy tool I use is called Softes 2005 Cleaner. It's free and will clean out all useless files, alert you to changes made to startup menu and clean out the registry.
    It's free too and can be configured to protect, bypass or include files and folders.
