    Default windows xp statarting up issue!!!

    hi dear friend i'm having problems with my pc when it is starting up, after put my username and password it freezes, but i'm able to move the mouse what i get it;s a blue screen the one we get when windows is starting up.

    I would like to know how to resolved this issue, i was trying to get in via safe mode but i don't know the administrator password and i'm not able to get with the network account.

    Is this the same PC that you had problems installing XP on ?

    nop this a different one, i could not fix that one, so the one i have now , it's not starting up after i set my username and password.

    do you have access to a winXp cd or restore disk? Best to run a repair and re-install your windows files. Seems like you might have some corrupted files.
