    EACH TIME WHEN i OPEN MY EXPLORER I GET File "rtl70.bpl" error 126.
    hOW CAN I RESOLVE THAT

    Hi - It could be Spyware/Adware. Go too the link below and run through the processes and post a HiJack This Log to this thread by clicking on 'Post Replay' at the bottom. One of the Spyware Experts will check your Log and advise. Regards.

    You can try running sfc /scannow and see if that fixes the problem. Go to Start > Run > type in sfc /scannow (note the space between the c and /) >OK. See if this fixes the file.
