    What version of Windows?
    What version of Internet Explorer?
    What version of Firefox?
Please give us an example of one of the websites where you are having the problem with no sound. Also does the sound work for everything else? Have you checked in device manager to see if there are any sound devices marked as having problems?

All videos have their own volume adjuster usually at the bottom of the video. Make sure you toggle that - maybe its turned off.
Also upgrade to the latest Macromedia Flash Player which you can get for free on the macromedia site.
