My friend has a car that won't start, it's a blue car. Why won't it start?

First question
(1) What version of Windows is installed?
(2) Any error message before the computer shuts down?
(3) If there is an error message please tell us exactly what it says.
As I said we can't read minds so please provide more information, thanks.Comptia A+ and Network + Certified. Microsoft MCP in Windows 2000 Pro. Server, Advanced Server and Data Center Sever.

Hi - Your mate 'downloaded something'. What did he download, and where from?
Regards.I know everything about nothing, nothing about everything and precious little about the bit in between.

You don't really give enough info, but I've seen this happen (I think). Make sure there are no CDs or memory cards (for camera etc) in the PC. Sounds like its looking for the boot up info. It wouldn't be an Acer PC would it?

Translation:
You need to remember the better the question the better the answer.
Please state your questions clearly, the use of punctuation also helps.
Chat room style of writing really makes hard to understand your exact problem.
Were did your mate get this copy of XP pro ?
You wrote: 30 secs then restart itself. Again what screen, if any, does he get to ? Any error messages?
