    Default What programs can I remove from startup?

    To speed up the performance of my computer, I understand that I need to eliminate unnecessary programs in my startup folder.....

    Here's is a list of the programs currently in this folder.

    What of the above programs can I remove from starting up?

    The Not necessary items can be run manually and do not need to be running in the background. You should not have more than one anti virus program (personally I'd go with AVG and not McAfee).

    This is what I'd set Startup as, I don't believe in taking up RAM space with startup programs that can be manually run when needed.
