    Default Epson Printer

We have an Epson Stylus C42 UX injet printer that is only a little over 2 years old. Up until last friday it was working perfectly. Now when I want to print something it say that the life of some parts has expired. What does this mean? There was never a mention about this happening when we purchased it.

Can this be fixed or is it worth the money?

We tried to uninstall and reinstall it but this still appears. Also it does not show any default printer now.

    Hope someone can help!

Please give us the exact error message. Are you still able to print?

If this link works for you I would say go for it, and try to fix it yourself. If it turns out to not be the ink cartridge, and instead its a part in the printer, usually it is not cost effiecient to get it fixed. When a printer goes bad in parts, itrs usually cheaper if not the same price for a new one, so if it turns out to not be the ink, I would say just purchase a new one.
