    Default Convert csv to pst

Before I formatted and reinstalled XP Home, I saved my Outlook 2003 contacts AND my email as csv files. (Yeah, I know now I should have saved the email as a pst file) I was able to import the contacts back into Outlook, no problem, but can't import my email. I've done some searching, but can't find a program that will convert.

I'm sorry but I don't think you can export your email to a csv file since a csv file is plain text file that has it's field separated by comma's (CSV = Comma Separated Values). And I'm willing to be that some of your email contains images and attachments which CSV cannot handle.
