Active Panda Scan
I completed an Active Panda Scan it came up with one item it did not like
C:\windows\motive\btbb\pskill.exe I found this file and its product is System Internals.pkill
I dont know what it does should I delete the file? cheers Jim.

Never Delete a file that you are not sure of. see what i can find on the file.
Have fun at the computer show....
This is what i found lets see what the Spyware guys say about it.
The item that Panda found is a known false positive. Are there any particular problems or is everything OK?

Panda should have come up with this line:
Potentially unwanted tool:Application/Pskill.A Not disinfected C:\WINDOWS\Motive\btbb\pskill.exe
Zep is correct, it is a false positive. Here is a link for some info on it:

Due to the nature of the program I believe all online scanners will report it.
