Default uninstalling and reinstalling outlook express

anybody know of an easier way to uninstall outlook express without having to go thru 100 steps and renaming stuff in the directory? I know add/remove progs doesn't work, and I know add/remove windows components doesn't work. I've been doing a little reading about it, and it seems pretty involved to do what they suggest to the registry.
    Thanks in advance

If you're not comfortable going into the Registry I suggest you leave it be. You can delete the shortcuts to OE so that no one uses it (right click >Remove from list and in All programs right click > delete). Out of sight .. out of mind ... it shouldn't interfer with anything, especially when you make Thunderbird your default client.

I use Outlook and not Outlook Express, and even though I'm comfortable in the registry, I've just deleted the shortcuts.
