    Default I cant open control panels of programs non of them

    Yesterday I add karspersky anti virüs program andthan remove 1t than I add panda but I couldnt remove it from add-remove also I cant open anything from the main control panel 1t says c/windows/system32/rundll32.exe ,,,What must I do Thank you very much for your helping.
