    Default bt voyager 105 adsl modem problems

    it seems that my problems with my pc at home are never ending!

    i hve a bt voyager 105 adsl modem. and this afternoon wen i came home i rebooted my pc, and once it started up i tried to connect but it said that there was no modem connected. all the lights on the modem are on and the dsl light was flashing. when i went into my network connections and right clicked and went to properties it said "ISDN channel removed - by voyager 105 adsl modem". i didnt make any changes to the modem settings and i dont think i every have.

    is there any1 out there who has some idea what has gone wrong or wat i can do to fix the situation. the bt internet helpsite wasnt very forth coming and at the moment im using my mobile to connect to the internet!

    Have you tried resetting your modem? Some modems come with a reset button, others need to be unplugged from the power and PC. Wait 30 or more seconds, connect the power cord, when all the lights are active, then connect to PC. Keep us posted.
