    can i have 2 browsers open at the same time ?

    like firefox and opera ?

    That's weird. I don't have any problems. Have you cleared out your cache, history, etc? Go to tools>Clear Private Data. And check the stuff you want to delete.

    It might have something to do with your cookie settings with Firefox. Help2Go puts a cookie in your computer when you log in so that it remembers you next time. You can delete the cookie, you just need to login again. But if you refuse the cookie, it may not let you log in. At least I think that is how it works. Charlie
