Default Unknown Icon in start up tray

I have an unknown icon in the start up tray ( down by the time) I can not identify and don't know where it came from it is an octagon with an arrow at the top and bottom.
If I run the mouse over it nothing happens , the same if the mouse hovers over it, Right or Left click nothing . I have searched my program files to try to identify no luck. I have run Ccleaner and virus scan .

    Thanks for any Help

If you could, please post a screenshot of this icon.

to do this, pres the 'prt scr' 'print screen' or 'pnt scn' button on your pc, then open the paint program.

In paint, Click 'edit' at the top of the screen, and select 'paste'

Save the file somewhere you will remember, and click 'add an attachment' at the bottom of your next reply. navigate to the file and upload it here.

feel free to edit the picture down to a reasonable size to show just the system tray if you feel confident doing so.

If no-one recognises it from the picture, there are many other ways of identifying what it is, so dont worry too much!

If this is correct, and you get no options from it when mousing over, or right clicking it, its possible the program is not running correctly. may i suggest you access your 'add/remove programs' and try a reinstall of the software?

If there is no mention of pccillin in the list, post back as it may be something posing as pc-cillin.
