    Default adobe

    My computer freezes up every time I try to use the adobe/says it cant fine the path is there a way that I can fix it? :cry: :cry:

    I take it you're talking about Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe has lots of different programs. If it's the reader you're referring to, Uninstall it from Add/Remove in the Control Panel. Reboot your computer and then download a fresh copy from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html . There is a program called Foxit which takes up a lot less resources than Adobe Reader. Check it out at http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php .

    Thank you I have tried to remove it ,but the computer says it cant find the file path. I am at my witts end about this :cry: :cry: can any one help me with this??

    If you don't want it installed and it's having trouble finding the uninstaller path then you'll have to redownload/reinstall the software then remove it.

    If you'd like something faster without all the "bells and whistles" then try foxit reader (free).
