System Explorer Review
I just came across this program and have tried it. Very simple to use and very informative on running processes etc. System Explorer (exe) - Free Downloads on ZDNet | Shareware, Trialware, Evaluation Software Let me know what you think, and if it's positive, I'll add it to our Software Picks. PS. not sure, but you may need to sign up for ZNet (it's free). If you find another download link, let me know please.

Looks interesting. It'll take some time to take a good look at what it does, but it's certainly promising.

Easy check of suspicious files via VirusTotal. That's a nice feature.

Highlight a service > right click > File Check > Virus Total.com It's a pretty good little program. Think I will add it to Software Picks.

The one thing I wish some of these programs had is a way for the user to export the information to a post as in or copy & paste it so helpers could see the information that the user is looking at.

In general, I'd say that this is quite a useful utility. Having everything in one place with a Search option is excellent.
I have to agree, to some extent, with Zep. Whilst there is an option under Main to Save list to file, both .txt and .csv options lose formatting and it's very difficult to read.
The Build system report is also excellent, but... there's a lot of info there, and the inclusion of improved filtering would help. At least that can be saved or copied to clipboard. The Compare reports option is also good as it shows system changes between 2 points in time.
I've already copied this to my trusty diagnostic cd.
