I came across this the other day, if you're looking to gain more space on your hard drive, go to C:\\Windows and delete old $NtUninstall{xxx}$ files. These files are only needed if a MS update fails and you'll know this fairly quickly. Suggest you keep the last few months worth and if your PC is working well, delete the rest.
