    Question Multi Saving

As treasurer to a number of organisations, I use Excel from Office 2007. Having lost my work on one disastrous occasion I now save my work to the C drive, to a separate slave drive and to a memory stick. Is there any way of setting up a method to save to all three locations at once? This would save me from having to save to the three locations individually with the inherent possibilities of saving the work to a wrong location. All advice gratefully received.

    Hi RDL,

If you have constant internet access at these locations, check out Dropbox. Free for 2GB of space, and every time you save, it is automatically and securely synced up to the Dropbox server. Plus there is versioning built-in, so you can easily revert back to a previous saved state of the file if you need to. I find it to be handier and safer than a memory stick.

Dropbox - Home - Online backup, file sync and sharing made easy.

Brilliant! Thanks Osc. This will certainly give me better peace of mind. I owe you one.
