hijackthis results said there are suspicous findings....what does that mean?

said...I had a friend reinstall windows...he was doing his own thing...I did click on a validation thing in my icons that said I had 30 days to register..I clicked on it and it said "okay, you are validated" I can call him and ask him what he did....like I said I'm comp. illiterate...

I never got ahold of my friend, but when I got my comp (from a little ass comp store) they never gave me an install disc for windows or a key...all I asked for was a computer that I could use for college...but I'm calling them 1st thing this morning...I'm stressing it over here.....
