I was on the internet and a box popped up indicating I had a threat needed to start a scan. I clicked cancel since the box was not from my virus software. A scan started anyway and I immediately closed with the x. I have had this happen to my desktop before and had heard it was a virus. I did all of your recommended scans and have my logs below. SuperAnitSpyware found a few things and that program fixed those. It did not give me a log though. Here are the logs from the other scans. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Brief Description
Com.com is a cookie.
Cookies are small text files stored in the browser on the user's computer, when visiting web pages.
Cookies store information that can be used for several purposes: to personalize web browsing, to gather demographic information about how many users visit a page, to monitor which banners are displayed to the user, etc.
These uses are not, in theory at least, malicious.
However, keep in mind that the misuse of cookies could threaten an individual's privacy.
Com.com does not spread automatically using its own means. It needs an attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer. The means of transmission used include, among others, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, email messages with attached files, Internet downloads, FTP, IRC channels, peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing networks, etc.

Thank you for reviewing my problem and responding. I followed your instructions and the ESET online scanner found no threats. I am hoping the problem has been fixed.
Use the Secunia Software Inspector to check for out of date software.
Click Start Now
Check the box next to Enable thorough system inspection.
Click Start
Allow the scan to finish and scroll down to see if any updates are needed.
Update anything listed.
----------
Go to Microsoft Windows Update and get all critical security updates. (you will need to use Internet Explorer to do this)
----------
If you are using or have installed IE6 you are using an outdated and soon to be unsupported version of Internet Explorer and I strongly suggest you update to the latest version directly from Microsoft Internet Explorer 8: Home page.
----------
I recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no realtime protection so will not interfere with each other. They do not use any significant amount of resources (except a little disk space) until you run a scan.
I suggest using WOT - Web of Trust. WOT is a free Internet security addon for your browser. It will keep you safe from online scams, identity theft, spyware, spam, viruses and unreliable shopping sites. WOT warns you before you interact with a risky website. It's easy and it's free.
