I think you misunderstood me. I gave you instructions to make sure your internet settings are correct before we try something different in post #7

Is there a way you could get me the results of the scans I had you run earlier? You can transfer them over using a flash/USB drive.

Use this program to disinfect the drive and prevent it from getting infected by being plugged into the other machine:

You'll want to run this on the working computer to prevent it from getting infected.

Download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs from here and save it to your desktop.
    • Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it and follow any prompts that may appear.
    • The utility may ask you to insert your flash drive and/or other removable drives including your mobile phone. Please do so and allow the utility to clean up those drives as well.
    • Wait until it has finished scanning and then exit the program.
    • Reboot your computer when done.

Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you run it. Don't delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection.

the scan results are in post #1. They haven't changed.

Are you asking for another one not listed there?

I am still in safe mode and have run full scans with Super and curently running Malware but so far they are saying I am clean. Avast won't work in safe mode.

I was referring to the scans I had you run, not the ones our website has you run.

Please see if you can get me the results of the OTS scan and the GMER scan.

You can transfer them over using a flash drive or USB drive. Do you not have one?
