    Default Possible rogue virus?

    Hi. I'm trying to fix my brother's laptop, which I think has a rogue virus. He is getting a fake virus scanner message, with what looks like the scanner is running and finding viruses. I was only able to run HJT. I can't get Super Anti-Spyware or Malware Bytes to open. I did see something about a DDS scan and GMER. I was able to get those programs to run by opening them up real fast after a restart, before all the "virus scanners" opened up. I tried doing the same with Super Anti-Spyware and Malware Bytes, but it wouldn't work. If you need the DDS and GMER logs I will post them. For now, here is the HJT log:
