I ran gmer and it ran for 30-40 minutes and it took me to the blue screen of death. I restarted and it was not there no more. This happened twice.

After I ran gmer I enabled those programs you mentioned and it immediately took me to the blue screen and I had to go in safe mode and un-check those programs for it to work again.

As for the Core Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The technician report left the following

    C:\DOCUME~1\joe\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2e06.dir00\SASCore.exe.mdmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\joe\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2e06.dir00\appcompat.txt

    Error signature said
    szAppName : SASCore.exe szAppVer : 1.0.0.1058 szModName : ntdll.dll
    szModVer : 5.1.2600.2180 offset : 0001152a

I hope that's what you were looking for. lmk what you think. Thanks again

This is related to SuperAntiSpyware. Uninstall SuperAntiSpyware and see if the error continues

Its not letting me uninstall it. It says the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I tried going into program files to delete and it told me Cannot delete SAScore.exe accessed denied.

Please download Revo Uninstaller (Free Version) and save it to your desktop.

Find revosetup.exe on your desktop, double-click it, and follow the prompts to install it.

Next, launch Revo Uninstaller. Select the following program(s) from the list and click the Uninstall button for each.
    SuperAntiSpyware

Select Advanced and click OK. It will launch the uninstaller. Uninstall it. Once that's finished, Revo will then scan for leftover files and registry settings. Select them and click "delete", then OK your way until it's done.

Reboot. Let me know how this goes.

Once this is done see if it is still happening. If it is we will have to take out anything left over with OTL

    • Download OTL to your desktop.
    • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed to let it run uninterrupted.
    • When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
    • Under the Standard Registry box change it to All.
    • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
    • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
      • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
      • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply.
