    Default anyone there?

So I've just been chilling in safe mode for days now so I can actually use my computer. I posted all the logs like I was asked.
I'd appreciate at least a "We're busy; keep waiting." No help at all?

    Hi cspence2393,

We are truly sorry for the delay to your computer problem. Your issue appears to be above my abilities to deal with it, we are also running here with only 1 expert who is somewhat overwhelmed at the moment with the amount of help being asked for and trying to get to it. I 'm going to suggest you post at the link below for help, I truly regret to send you away but I also hate to see you wait too.
