    Default Windoze Keeps Crashing

I suddenly get a blue screen of death telling me that windows has been shut down. When I reboot the machine, it starts running CHKDSK and stuff. I have attached a HJT and SAS log but MBAM causes the crash. I can try in safe mode if required

The Error I get is: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

I'm wondering if it's a hard disk problem?

Lets see if we can see what's causing the Blue Screen

    Download WhoCrashed
This program checks for any drivers which may have been causing your computer to crash....

Click on the file you just downloaded and run it.

    • Put a tick in Accept then click on Next.
    • Put a tick in the Don't create a start menu folder then click Next.
    • Put a tick in Create a Desktop Icon.
    • then click on Install and make sure there is a tick in Launch Whocrashed before clicking Finish.
    • Click Analyze
    • It will want to download the Debugger and install it Say Yes

WhoCrashed will create report but you have to scroll down to see it.
Copy and paste it into your next reply.

At the moment the machine won't boot. It fills the screen with:

Inserting an index entry into index $O of file 16008 after it tries to start windows

OK, it tried. I got a big long list saying something about segment unreadable and now have a blue screen that says:

    STOP:c000021a Unknown hard error
