    Hi Donna,

I was unsure if I was going to get help or not. I thought I followed the instructions, but I also read if I didn't do things correctly no one would respond to you. I thought this was the case and gave up and went to another site. I would rather work with you because my past experience is that this is the best site. With all of that said, can you help me?

    Thanks Larry

    Hi tenny,

I do apologize for the delay. I now see that you have started a thread at Major Geeks. You are in good hands and have some of the best experts in the field working with you.

Also, I am currently in training and all of my replies do have to be looked at by my instructor before posting them so some delay is to be expected between replies. If you are in a hurry, it would be best to follow through with Major Geeks, especially since they have already began helping you.

Thank you for replying and letting me know that you are at least getting help.

    Donna
If you think you might be infected with malware or have recently cleansed your computer of malware without the help of an expert, please read and follow the instructions in How to Start Removing Viruses and Spyware from your Computer. This can alleviate time consumed in trouble shooting your current computer problems.

If your problem is solved, here's how to say thanks!

    Donna,

Major Geeks seem to be overloaded too. Their replies are far and few between. I believe the only thing I need is a hijack this log analyzed. Would you be willing to do this for me? This computer belongs to a business and they have been without it since Monday. I would really like to get it fixed this weekend.

    Larry

    Larry,

The process may not be any faster here since I am in training and all my posts for removal have to be approved before I post to you. It just so happens that my instructor lives in the UK and if I request his guidance I will not receive a reply till tomorrow morning. Also, while you have an active thread going at MG it is against community policy to help you here.

    Donna
