Default Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger issue

I know other people have had this issue before, but could someone look at my log from HijackThis and help me know what I need to do? I can get around a computer alright, but this is giving me a headache and I can't seem to get rid of this nightmare. Thanks for any help.

Very short log, did you run HJT in the safe mode ? HJT logs need to be posted in the normal mode.

Read and follow all the directions here:

I had reinstalled windows in an attempt to fix the problem (I know a mistake...) ... could that affect the length of the log? I also have a d drive but I ran the HJT on that and it came up with the same log as it showed for the C drive. When I come home from work i'll take another attempt at HJT... I don't _think_ it was in safe mode... thanks for the input, I'll try again. (Virus' are very frustrating things.)
